ONErpm has hired Mike Easterlin as Managing Director of its Nashville division. Easterlin brings decades of experience in A&R and promotion to the role.
“I’ve always believed in the independent spirit of artists—the drive to create, take risks, and build something real. Helping talent find their voice and turn it into a lasting career has always been my passion,” says Easterlin.”ONErpm embodies those same values: passion, focus, transparency, and a real commitment to giving artists a global platform to grow on their own terms.”
Artist growth has been the focus of Easterlin’s career as a label executive. After serving in promotion and A&R roles at Virgin, Def Jam, and Atlantic, Easterlin went on to become co-president of the relaunched Elektra Records. He transitioned from Elektra to co-found Severance Records.
At ONErpm, Easterlin will oversee A&R, roster development, and day-to-day operations in Nashville. He will lead a team of long-standing, dedicated professionals rooted in Nashville, who know its sound and scene intimately. These include several additional new hires, including Josh Tomlinson, ONErpm Nashville’s new Director of A&R. A long-standing Nashville resident with family roots in the music business, Tomlinson comes to ONErpm from BMI. Lindsey Terry (ex-MCA Nashville) has been brought on as the Country Marketing Director, and Chad Neville (ex-Warner Music Nashville) will join the team as a Project Manager. Notes Tomlinson: “I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring my love for the song and the creator to ONErpm to help grow our Nashville business while working with some of the most forward-thinking minds in the music industry.”
This expansion of ONErpm’s Nashville office is just one part of the company’s impressive growth in the last several years. ONErpm currently has more than 600 employees around the world, with staff increasing roughly sixfold since 2020. ONErpm has strategically expanded to better serve artists and continues to offer industry-leading support for artists wanting to steer their own careers, no matter what their location or genre.
